Our space. For you.

I recently saw a post which referred to CoWorking as a shared workspace with cafe culture.

Love it!  It sums up what we’re trying to create at The CoWork Space.  The relaxed ambience of a cafe with the productive, collaborative, “Yay, Team!” resonance of a great office environment.

We want to be the welcoming “home cooked meal” of the Hunter Valley coworking network.  With your first step through our doors, there is a wonderful, relaxed feeling of I am home.

WiFi & Photocopier

We love old school!
We also enjoy our modcons.
Free WiFi and scanning.
Access to a whizbang printer & photocopier (fees apply).

Tea & Coffee

Because no plan for world domination starts with just toast.

Our Space Coordinator is a herbal tea enthusiast, which means a wide variety for our CoWorkers.

Private Meeting Room

Perfect for team meetings, tutorial groups or meeting new clients. Adjoining our reception area for ease of access, this room features natural lighting, six person table, whiteboard, tea/coffee and water.

Library

Shelves of books scattered throughout our space. Take a break and be inspired.

Kitchen Facilities

Shared kitchen facilities for our coworkers and our guests including an 8 seater table to relax around.

A part of something big

The CoWork Space is part of a larger project to foster inclusive, learning rich, intergenerational communities in regional Australia. By providing space for business and community, we create opportunity!

– Angel Kwiatkowski & Beth Buczynski

The Benefits of CoWorking

You have as flexible or regular a working situation as you need – a couple of hours here and there or a permanent desk or office.

You choose what works best for you.

Being in a shared space increases your productivity, creativity and community.

It helps you connect with resources and support you may not have known about.

It reveals networks which may help you build your business, idea or project.

Our Hours

Our regular space hours are Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 / Friday: 08:00-16:00.

We want to work with our community.  If you’re in need of after hours access, or over the weekend, talk to us.

We’re considering opening Saturday for Weekend Study Sessions for when you need a quiet place to complete an assignment or project.

This space is the model we will use to see what works, what equipment is necessary, hours of operation, even lighting, cooling, heating.  It is from this model we will connect with other towns to help build a network of coworking spaces to increase local opportunities.
